Our client had a new technology that allowed ex vivo testing of perfused, whole human organs that were unsuitable for transplant.

Even though this was a unique way to improve commercial drug testing the company struggled to make progress partly because it hadn’t a clear story of how or why this could benefit the pharma industry.

We repositioned the company and created peer review publications and mainstream communications to support it. We created improved promotional materials and visited our network to open up new business discussions.

We also initiated discussions at major US academic research centers to provide further exposure for the technology.

Our client saw a 300% increase in new business opportunities with pharmaceutical development groups. And our discussions in academia led to a first of its kind research alliance with NIH that would use our client’s platform technology in virology research.
